Colanyl Oxide Black IR 531 is a aqueous, binder-free pigment preparation and manufactured without using alkyl phenol ethoxylated (APEO) additives. This aqueous pigment preparation are compatible with water-based, VOC-free and VOC-low decorative coatings.*  * As defined in EU directive 2004/42/EC, annex II, phase II.
