Hostatint A 100 is a range of solvent-based pigment preparations having a flash point higher than 100 °C and containing an aldehyde resin. These pigment preparations are used for the coloration of many kinds of solvent-based paint systems. Hostatint Red A-P2Y 100-ST is a highly transparent, yellowish red.

Distinguishing Features

Hostatint Red A-P2Y 100-ST is unique in many respects: Yellowish red shade with high color strength and chroma; high pigment loading yet low viscosity. Combinations with Hostatint Yellow A-N4G 100-ST, result in very transparent, very durable orange shades, which have no halogens in the molecular structures. For a more bluish hue, combinations with Hostatint Pink A-EB 100-ST are recommended.
